Shipping policy

When you place your order on Carina Wear’s website, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order details.

Once we receive your order, we start preparing it & make it ready to be shipped and then delivered to your doorstep through the local couriers we use for standard delivery is Prime Express Delivery Company, in Iraq

Standard shipping inside Iraq takes 3 - 5 business days, and the transfer fee for normal delivery is 6,000 dinars to governorates in the Kurdistan Region and 7,000 dinars to Baghdad and other governorates, and free shipping for orders above 100,000 dinars.

Orders that could not be delivered more than once due to failure to provide correct address or phone number, lack of any data pertaining to it, and/or failure to find the subsidiary order received at the address registered will be returned directly to Carina Iraq, and what returned in this manner cannot Return it again.
